AWMA Members Lobby Hill on Major Tobacco Issues

AWMA distributor members from across the country are in Washington today preparing to meet with members of Congress and their key staff members on issues important to their businesses. Among the concerns to be addressed in these meetings tomorrow are HR 4134, which would classify retailers who own RYO machines as "manufacturers" and AWMA's opposition to the use of federal funds to lobby government officials for new laws and regulations that would promote tobacco excise tax increases.
